Compensation for the loss of capacity for work is granted, if the State Medical Commission for the Assessment of Health Condition and Working Ability (SMCAHCWA) has stated a partial or complete loss of the capacity for work caused by work injury or occupational disease. Compensation for the loss of capacity for work is determined taking into consideration the loss of capacity for work (expressed in percent) and respective compensation for the loss of capacity for work (expressed in percent) according to the table:
